1. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY

This Refund or Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains:

When refunds may be granted

When refunds will not be granted

When repair, correction, or replacement applies instead

How disputes are handled

How Vendors are protected

MintDownloads™ operates a secure and ethical digital marketplace. Because digital products cannot be physically returned once downloaded, refunds are handled carefully and fairly.

By purchasing any product or subscription on MintDownloads™, you agree to this Policy.

2. IMPORTANT PRINCIPLE: REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT COMES FIRST

If a product is:

Defective

Corrupted

Incomplete

Not as described

Not functioning as intended

The first solution will always be:

Repair (fixing the issue), or

Replacement (providing a corrected version), or

Technical Support Assistance

Refunds are considered only if repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable timeframe.

This ensures fairness to both Buyers and Vendors.

3. WHAT QUALIFIES AS A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

A product may be considered defective if:

The file is corrupted and cannot open.

Essential components are missing.

The product materially differs from the description.

The product does not perform its core advertised function.

A product is NOT considered defective if:

The buyer lacks required software.

The buyer lacks technical skill to use it.

The buyer changes their mind.

The buyer misunderstood the product description.

The product does not produce expected financial results.

4. REPAIR PROCESS

If a defect is reported:

Buyer must contact support@mintdownloads.com within 3 days of purchase.

Buyer must clearly explain the issue.

Buyer must provide screenshots or evidence where applicable.

Once verified:

The Vendor will be notified.

The Vendor may issue a corrected file.

MintDownloads™ may provide direct technical assistance.

The Vendor has a reasonable opportunity to repair the issue.

5. REPLACEMENT PROCESS

If repair is not sufficient:

A corrected or updated version of the product may be provided.

A re-download link may be issued.

A substitute equivalent product may be offered (if agreed by buyer).

Replacement satisfies the transaction if it resolves the defect.

6. WHEN A REFUND MAY BE GRANTED

A refund may be issued only if:

The product is proven defective, AND

Repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time, OR

The product materially misrepresents its features, OR

Required by applicable consumer protection law.

Refund decisions are made at MintDownloads™’ reasonable discretion.

7. WHEN REFUNDS ARE NOT GRANTED

Refunds will not be granted in cases including but not limited to:

Buyer changed their mind.

Buyer found a better product elsewhere.

Buyer lacks required software.

Buyer misunderstood compatibility.

Buyer purchased wrong license type.

Buyer failed to read product description.

Buyer requests refund after successful download and use without defect.

Buyer attempts to misuse the refund system.

Abuse of refund requests may result in account suspension.

8. REFUNDS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription cancellations:

Stop future billing.

Do not automatically trigger refunds.

Refunds for subscription payments may be granted only if:

Technical errors prevented access.

Billing error occurred.

Required by law.

Partial-month refunds are generally not provided.

9. INVESTIGATION & DISPUTE REVIEW

MintDownloads™ may:

Review download logs.

Review usage records.

Request technical evidence.

Contact the Vendor.

Request additional documentation from Buyer.

False claims may result in:

Permanent account suspension.

Forfeiture of future refund eligibility.

10. DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE DISCLOSURE

By purchasing digital products, Buyer acknowledges:

Digital files cannot be physically returned.

Access may be immediate and irreversible.

Downloaded files may remain accessible after refund request.

Because of this, strict refund standards apply.

11. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If a Buyer initiates a chargeback without contacting support first:

Account may be immediately suspended.

Access to all products may be revoked.

Future purchases may be blocked.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal recovery action.

12. VENDOR PROTECTION PRINCIPLE

Refunds are carefully reviewed to ensure:

Vendors are not unfairly penalized.

Fraudulent refund abuse is prevented.

Marketplace integrity is preserved.

Refunds that are denied will not reduce Vendor earnings.

Approved refunds may be deducted from Vendor balances in accordance with Vendor Protection rules.

13. REFUND TIMELINE

If approved:

Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Processing time depends on payment provider.

Cryptocurrency refunds may follow blockchain confirmation timelines.

Original payment method will be used where possible.

14. LICENSE TERMINATION UPON REFUND

If a refund is granted:

The product license is immediately revoked.

Buyer must permanently delete all copies.

Continued use after refund constitutes copyright violation.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MintDownloads™ is not liable for:

Lost profits

Business interruption

Data loss

Indirect damages

Total liability for any transaction shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

16. POLICY UPDATES

This Policy may be updated at any time.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
