This Affiliate Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between MintDownloads™, an online digital products marketplace (“MintDownloads”, “we”, “us”, “our”), and the person or entity applying to become an affiliate partner (“Affiliate”, “you”, “your”)

By joining the MintDownloads Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms in this Agreement. We have written this Agreement in clear, simple English so that even a child can understand it, while still keeping the full legal strength needed to protect both sides.

1. ABOUT THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM

MintDownloads™ operates an all-in-one social marketplace for digital products. Our ecosystem helps people create, learn, grow, and achieve success using our tools, resources, and digital solutions in a secure and ethical way.

As an Affiliate, you help us reach more people by sharing your unique affiliate link. When people buy products using your link, you earn commissions and rewards under the rules below.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You may join the program if:

You are at least 18 years old.

You agree to follow this Agreement.

You provide accurate information when signing up.

MintDownloads™ reserves the right to approve or reject any application for any lawful reason.

3. HOW YOUR AFFILIATE LINK WORKS

When you join the program, you will receive a unique affiliate link.
This link tracks:

Visitors (“Clicks”)

New user signups (“Leads”)

Purchases (“Sales”)

You earn commissions only when a sale happens through your affiliate link and under the conditions set in this Agreement.

4. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

MintDownloads™ pays:

30% Affiliate Commission

You earn 30% of the price of any product purchased by a user who visits the website using your affiliate link.

100 Reward Points Per Sale

For each valid sale made through your link, you also earn 100 reward points.
These points can be redeemed to buy products on MintDownloads.com.

Payments in U.S. Dollars

All affiliate commissions are paid in USD.

No Commissions for Personal Purchases

You will not earn commissions from products you buy for yourself.

5. WHAT DOES NOT EARN YOU MONEY

To keep the system fair:

No commission for clicks.
You do not earn money simply because someone clicked your link.

No commission for leads.
You do not earn money when someone joins our community using your link.

No commission if the visitor already had a cart.
If the user arrives with an existing shopping cart before clicking your link, the sale does not count as an affiliate sale.

No commission for purchases you make.
Your own purchases never count for commissions.

6. COOKIE & TRACKING RULES

To respect user privacy and ensure fairness:

A new click from the same IP address will only count if at least 1 day has passed since the last tracked click.

If a user joins MintDownloads and chooses to become an affiliate at signup, the Partner ID linked to your affiliate invitation will automatically attach to their account and stay active for all future purchases made through your affiliate link.

7. COMMISSION PAYMENT TIMELINE

Commissions are paid after a minimum delay of 3 days from the date the sale is confirmed.

This delay protects the system from:

Fraud

Refund abuse

Invalid or mistaken purchases

8. AFFILIATE DASHBOARD

As an Affiliate, you will have access to a private dashboard where you can see:

Total clicks

Total leads

Total sales

Commission earnings

Reward points

Partner ID

Analytics and reporting

All displayed data is updated regularly and represents the most accurate information available.

9. AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITIES

By joining the program, you agree to:

Follow all laws, rules, and marketing regulations.

Promote MintDownloads™ in a truthful, ethical, and respectful way.

Never use spam, fake traffic, bots, or misleading advertising.

Never pretend to be MintDownloads™ staff or claim to speak on our behalf.

Never use your link to offer illegal, hateful, or harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we detect abuse, fraud, harmful behavior, or any violation of this Agreement.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

MintDownloads™ owns all rights to its:

Name

Logo

Brand assets

Website content

Digital products

Marketing materials

Affiliates may use our name and images only for lawful promotional purposes and only in connection with the Affiliate Program.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MintDownloads™ is not responsible for:

Loss of income

Lost profits

System downtime

Tracking failures caused by third-party tools

Affiliate errors

Technical issues outside our control

Our maximum legal liability to you will never exceed the total commissions we have paid you in the last 30 days.

12. TERMINATION

Either side may end this Agreement at any time.

If your account is terminated:

You will still receive any valid commissions earned before the termination date.

You will not earn future commissions unless reinstated.

MintDownloads™ may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of any rule in this Agreement.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MintDownloads™ is legally registered. Any legal claims must be filed in that jurisdiction.
