MintDownloads™ respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and international copyright laws.
2. PROHIBITED CONTENT
Vendors may not upload:
Pirated software
Unauthorized templates
Stolen digital assets
Copyrighted media without permission
AI-generated content that infringes rights
3. NOTICE OF INFRINGEMENT
To submit a valid DMCA Notice, provide:
Identification of copyrighted work
URL of infringing content
Statement of good faith belief
Statement under penalty of perjury
Signature (electronic accepted)

4. TAKEDOWN PROCESS
Upon valid notice:
Content may be temporarily removed.
Vendor will be notified.
Investigation will begin.
5. COUNTER-NOTICE
Vendors may submit a counter-notice including:
Statement under penalty of perjury
Consent to jurisdiction
Signature
If valid, content may be reinstated after statutory waiting period.
6. REPEAT INFRINGERS
Accounts may be terminated after repeated violations.
7. MISREPRESENTATION
False claims may result in legal liability.
