ENTERPRISE REFUND & DISPUTE RESOLUTION FRAMEWORK
(Litigation-Ready Policy)

1. PURPOSE
This Refund & Dispute Resolution Framework (“Framework”) governs:
Buyer refund rights
Vendor obligations
Platform investigation procedures
Repair or replacement remedies
Chargebacks
Arbitration and litigation structure
This Framework applies to all digital products, subscriptions, bundles, licenses, and services sold through MintDownloads™.
2. CORE REFUND PRINCIPLE
Because digital products are delivered instantly and are non-returnable by nature, refunds are limited.
However, buyers are protected where a product is:
Defective
Not as described
Inaccessible due to technical failure
Corrupted or incomplete
Fraudulently misrepresented
Refunds are not granted for:
Change of mind
Lack of technical skill
Buyer’s failure to read description
Software incompatibility not stated in listing
Price changes after purchase
3. PRIMARY REMEDY: REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT (MANDATORY FIRST STEP)
Where a valid complaint exists, the default remedy shall be:
A. Repair
Vendor must:
Fix bugs or defects
Provide corrected files
Resolve compatibility issues (if advertised)
Repair within 7 business days
B. Replacement
If repair is not feasible:
Vendor must provide a corrected version
Or provide equivalent product of equal value
Refund becomes available only if repair or replacement fails.
This structure strengthens litigation defense and reduces refund abuse.
4. REFUND ELIGIBILITY PROCESS
Step 1: Buyer Submission
Buyer must submit:
Order ID
Detailed issue description
Screenshots or evidence
Steps taken to resolve
Must be filed within 7 days of purchase (unless defect discovered later).
Step 2: Vendor Response Window
Vendor has:
5 business days to respond
7 business days to repair
Failure to respond may result in automatic intervention.
Step 3: Platform Investigation
MintDownloads™ may:
Review download logs
Review product description
Analyze communications
Request technical proof
Conduct sandbox testing
Decision issued within 14 business days.
5. PARTIAL REFUNDS
Where product is partially functional, MintDownloads™ may issue:
Partial refund proportional to defect
Platform credit
Discount on replacement
6. CHARGEBACKS
Unauthorized chargebacks are prohibited.
If buyer files chargeback without contacting support:
Account may be suspended
Future purchases restricted
Chargeback fees may be recovered
We reserve the right to submit transaction logs and IP data to issuing banks.
7. VENDOR PROTECTION PROGRAM
Vendors are protected where:
Download logs confirm access
No defect is proven
Buyer abuse is detected
Platform may deny refund in such cases.
8. DISPUTE ESCALATION
If buyer disputes decision:
Internal appeal allowed within 7 days
Independent review by senior compliance officer
9. BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE
Except where prohibited by law:
Disputes shall be resolved via confidential arbitration
Class actions are waived
Each party bears its own legal fees unless arbitrator decides otherwise
10. LIMITATION OF DAMAGES
Maximum recovery shall not exceed:
Purchase price of disputed product
Consequential damages excluded.
11. FRAUD & ABUSE PENALTIES
We may permanently ban users who:
Repeatedly abuse refunds
Manipulate downloads
Submit false claims
