1. PURPOSE OF THIS POLICY
This Free Products Policy (“Policy”) governs the listing, access, licensing, distribution, and permitted use of all products made available for free on MintDownloads™ (“Free Products”).
MintDownloads™ operates as an all-in-one social marketplace for digital products. While some products are offered for a fee, others may be provided free of charge under specific terms and conditions.
Free does not mean unlimited rights.
Free does not mean ownership.
Free does not mean unrestricted redistribution.
This Policy explains exactly what “free” means on MintDownloads™.
By downloading, accessing, or using any Free Product, you agree to this Policy.

3. LICENSE GRANTED FOR FREE PRODUCTS
Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page, Free Products are granted under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license.
This means:
You are allowed to:
Download the product.
Use it for personal purposes.
Use it for limited commercial purposes if clearly permitted in the product description.
You are NOT allowed to:
Resell the Free Product as-is.
Redistribute the original files.
Upload it to another marketplace.
Claim ownership or authorship.
Use it in illegal or harmful activities.

4. LICENSE DURATION FOR FREE PRODUCTS

Business success or financial results.
Users assume full responsibility for evaluating suitability before use.
11. SECURITY AND MALWARE PROTECTION
MintDownloads™ implements reasonable security measures.
However:
Users must run their own virus/malware scans.
We are not liable for damages caused by third-party software environments.
Any Vendor found uploading harmful files will face immediate termination and legal action.
12. REFUNDS
Because Free Products are provided at $0.00:
No refunds apply.
No compensation is provided for discontinued access.
13. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
MintDownloads™ may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:
Violate this Policy.
Abuse the free system.
Redistribute protected files.
Engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct.
Termination may result in:
Loss of access to Free Products.
Loss of access to paid purchases if serious violations occur.
14. VENDOR-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
Where a Free Product is provided by an independent Vendor:
Vendor-specific restrictions may apply.
Those restrictions must not conflict with this Policy.
In case of conflict, MintDownloads™ terms prevail.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
MintDownloads™ shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Loss of profits
Data loss
Business interruption
Consequential damages
Total liability related to Free Products shall not exceed $10 USD.
16. POLICY UPDATES
MintDownloads™ may update this Policy at any time.
Continued use of Free Products after changes means you accept the updated terms.
