1. INTRODUCTION
These Premium Subscription Terms (“Subscription Terms”) govern all paid subscription plans offered by MintDownloads™ (“MintDownloads”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
MintDownloads™ is an all-in-one social marketplace for digital products, providing tools, templates, bundles, software, and digital resources designed to empower creativity, productivity, efficiency, and excellence in a secure and ethical ecosystem.
By subscribing to any MintDownloads™ plan, you agree to these Subscription Terms, our Product Licensing Terms, Free Products Policy, Refund Policy, and all related platform policies.
2. OVERVIEW OF SUBSCRIPTION STRUCTURE
MintDownloads™ offers an integrated enterprise-grade subscription framework consisting of:
Limited and Unlimited Download Access Plans
Discount-Based Plans
Tiered Membership Plans (Basic / Pro / Enterprise)
Each plan includes specific rights, limitations, and usage conditions.
Subscription benefits apply only while the subscription remains active and paid.
3. SUBSCRIPTION TIERS
A. BASIC PLAN
Designed for individual creators and learners.
May include:
Limited free monthly downloads
Access to all premium content
Access to selected free resources
Regular content updates
Search and filtering
Item preview and demos
Usage rights and licenses
Become a seller for free
Standard customer support
Restrictions:
No unlimited access
No commercial resale rights beyond standard licenses
Download caps may apply
B. PRO PLAN
Designed for professionals and growing businesses.
May include:
Higher monthly download limits
Access to all premium products
Discounted pricing on premium products
Access to all free resources
Access to exclusive product bundles
Priority Downloading
Regular content updates
Search and filtering
Item preview and demos
Usage rights and licenses
Become a seller for free
Priority customer support
Early access to new product launches
Enhanced general and per product analytics
Commercial use allowed only under purchased license type.
Download caps may still apply depending on fair use standards.
C. ENTERPRISE PLAN
Designed for agencies, corporations, and high-volume users.
May include:
Highest downloads per day (subject to fair use rules)
Maximum discount levels
Access to enterprise-only products
Multi-user team accounts
Access to all free resources
Access to exclusive product bundles
Priority Downloading
Regular content updates
Search and filtering
Item preview and demos
Usage rights and licenses
Become a seller for free
Dedicated support channel
Early access to new product launches
Enhanced general and per product analytics
Custom licensing options (where applicable)
Enterprise access does not transfer product ownership.
Extended Licenses must still be purchased where required.
4. UNLIMITED DOWNLOAD ACCESS – FAIR USE POLICY
“Unlimited” means reasonable, human usage consistent with legitimate business or personal needs.
It does NOT mean:
Automated bulk scraping
Mass downloading entire libraries for redistribution
Creating competing marketplaces
System exploitation
MintDownloads™ reserves the right to:
Monitor download behavior
Temporarily restrict excessive activity
Suspend abusive accounts
Unlimited access is subject to ethical and responsible usage.
5. DISCOUNT-BASED SUBSCRIPTIONS
Some plans provide percentage-based discounts on eligible products.
Discount rules:
Discounts apply only during active subscription.
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.
Discounts do not apply retroactively to past purchases.
Certain Vendor-defined exclusions may apply.
6. LICENSES UNDER SUBSCRIPTION
Subscriptions do not change license ownership rules.
Each downloaded product remains governed by its assigned license type:
3-Month License
6-Month License
12-Month License
Extended License
If a subscription ends:
You retain usage rights only for licenses valid at time of download.
If the product license was time-limited, it still expires according to its original duration.
Subscription cancellation does not convert time-limited licenses into perpetual licenses.
7. PAYMENTS
Subscriptions may be billed:
Monthly
Quarterly
Annually
Payments may be made via:
Debit and credit cards
Mobile money
Approved cryptocurrencies
All payments are processed securely.
All subscription fees are billed in USD unless otherwise stated.
8. AUTO-RENEWAL
Unless canceled before the billing date:
Subscriptions automatically renew.
You authorize recurring billing at the selected interval.
You may cancel anytime before renewal to prevent the next charge.
9. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Cancellation:
You may cancel at any time via your dashboard.
Benefits continue until the end of the paid billing period.
Refunds:
Governed by MintDownloads™ Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Partial period refunds are generally not provided unless legally required.
Abuse of refund policies may result in account termination.
10. ACCOUNT SHARING
Basic and Pro plans are for single-user use only.
Enterprise plans may allow team access under defined user limits.
Unauthorized sharing of login credentials may result in:
Immediate suspension
Termination of subscription
Legal action in serious cases
11. VENDOR PROTECTION ALIGNMENT
Subscription downloads remain protected under the MintDownloads™ Vendor Protection Program.
If refund abuse or fraudulent behavior is detected:
Vendor earnings remain protected per policy.
Subscription privileges may be revoked.
12. TERMINATION BY MINTDOWNLOADS™
We may suspend or terminate subscriptions if:
Fraud is detected
Payment fails repeatedly
License violations occur
System abuse is identified
In such cases:
Access may be revoked immediately.
No refund will be issued for policy violations.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Subscriptions grant access rights only.
They do not grant:
Ownership
Redistribution rights
Platform replication rights
All intellectual property remains with Vendors or MintDownloads™.
14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Subscription services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We do not guarantee:
Continuous uptime
Permanent product availability
Business profits
Compatibility with all software systems
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
MintDownloads™ shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Lost profits
Business interruption
Data loss
Maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the previous 30 days.
16. POLICY UPDATES
We may update subscription plans, pricing, or features at any time.
Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
17. SUPPORT
For subscription support:
We are committed to fairness, transparency, and secure digital commerce.
18. ACCEPTANCE
By subscribing to any MintDownloads™ plan, you confirm that:
You understand these Subscription Terms.
You agree to be legally bound by them.
You accept that misuse may result in termination.
