This Policy governs use of Artificial Intelligence tools and AI-generated content on MintDownloads™.
2. AI CONTENT DISCLOSURE
Vendors must disclose if products are:
Fully AI-generated
Partially AI-assisted
Failure to disclose may result in removal.
3. PROHIBITED AI CONTENT
AI-generated content may not:
Infringe copyrights
Deepfake real persons
Create impersonations
Produce illegal material
Violate privacy rights
Spread misinformation
4. TRAINING DATA RESPONSIBILITY
Vendors represent that:
They have rights to use training data
Their AI output does not infringe third-party rights
5. AI OUTPUT LIABILITY
Vendors assume full responsibility for:
Accuracy
Compliance
Legality
Safety of AI-generated content
MintDownloads™ is not liable for AI errors.
6. AI TOOLS USED BY PLATFORM
MintDownloads™ may use AI for:
Fraud detection
Content moderation
Product recommendations
Risk scoring
These systems may involve automated decision-making.
7. HUMAN REVIEW RIGHTS
Users may request human review where legally required.
8. ETHICAL AI STANDARD
