1. INTRODUCTION

MintDownloads™ is an all-in-one social marketplace for digital products that helps creators and users work smarter, grow faster, and achieve excellence through secure and ethical access to digital resources.
These Product Licensing Terms (“License Terms”) explain:
What you are allowed to do with products you buy
What you are not allowed to do
How long you can use the product
When a license ends
By purchasing, downloading, or using any product on MintDownloads™, you agree to follow these License Terms.
We have written these terms in clear English so they are easy to understand, while keeping full legal protection.
2. IMPORTANT: YOU ARE BUYING A LICENSE, NOT OWNERSHIP

The creator (Vendor) keeps full ownership of the product.
3. TYPES OF LICENSES AVAILABLE
Every product on MintDownloads™ is sold under one of the following license types. The license type will be clearly shown on the product page before purchase.
A. 3-MONTH LICENSE
What it means:
You may request and receive support for 3 months, while using the product, starting from your purchase date.
After 3 months, your license expires unless renewed.
What you can do:
Use the product for personal or approved commercial purposes during the 3-month period.
Modify the product if allowed in the product description.
What you cannot do:
Continue using the product after the 3 months without renewing.
Resell, redistribute, or share the product file itself.
Best for: short-term projects, trials, campaigns.
B. 6-MONTH LICENSE
What it means:
You may request and receive support for 6 months, while using the product, starting from your purchase date.
License expires automatically after 6 months unless renewed.
Allowed:
Personal use.
Commercial use if permitted in the product description.
Not allowed:
Reselling or redistributing the original product.
Claiming ownership of the product.
Best for: medium-term projects and business use.
C. 12-MONTH LICENSE
What it means:
You may request and receive support for 12 months, while using the product, starting from your purchase date.
License expires after 12 months unless renewed.
Allowed:
Long-term personal or commercial projects.
Repeated use within the license period.
Not allowed:
Sharing the original product file.
Uploading it to other marketplaces.
Offering it for free or resale.
Best for: professional and long-term users.
D. EXTENDED LICENSE
The Extended License gives broader rights than standard licenses.
Depending on the Vendor’s description, it may allow:
Commercial resale use within an end product
Multi-client usage
Unlimited project usage
Broader commercial rights
However:
You still may not resell the product file as-is.
You may not claim authorship.
You must follow the specific Extended License description provided on the product page.
Extended Licenses are designed for advanced business or enterprise use.
4. LICENSE START DATE
Your license begins:
On the date your payment is successfully confirmed.
The license period runs continuously and does not pause.
5. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO (STRICTLY PROHIBITED)
No matter which license you buy, you may NOT:
Share your download files publicly.
Upload the product to file-sharing sites.
Sell or give away the original files.
Use the product for illegal purposes.
Remove copyright notices.
Reverse engineer, hack, or extract source code (unless allowed).
Use the product in hateful, harmful, or unlawful content.
Breaking these rules may result in:
Immediate license termination
Account suspension
Legal action if necessary
6. LICENSE EXPIRATION
When your license period ends:
Your legal right to use the product ends.
Continued use requires purchasing a new license.
For software, templates, or tools requiring updates:
Access to updates may also stop when the license expires.
7. REFUNDS & LICENSE CANCELLATION
All refund and cancellation requests are handled under the MintDownloads™ Refund & Cancellation Policy.
If a refund is granted:
Your license is automatically canceled.
You must permanently delete the product from your devices.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All digital products remain the intellectual property of the Vendor.
MintDownloads™ acts as the marketplace platform facilitating the license sale.
You receive usage rights — not ownership rights.
9. LICENSE VIOLATION
If you violate these terms:
Your license automatically terminates.
MintDownloads™ may suspend or permanently ban your account.
Vendors may pursue legal remedies if necessary.

We do not guarantee:
Compatibility with all systems
Continuous availability
